Congratulations to Jason Brunken and Joel Tesdall for being awarded the Member of the Year awards.  Since we did not have the business meeting last year, we awarded for both 2009 and 2010.  Jason won for 2009 for his hard work on both the website and Fall Fest 2009.  Joel won for 2010 for his contributions to development and documentation of club procedures and for his work on Spring Fest 2010.  Please take a moment and congratulate these guys!

Hey Cedar Rapids / Iowa City area folks, as most of you know, January 8th will be our holiday party.  We're hope you're able to attend. There will be a great meal, games and some social time with area reef enthusiasts.  Please bring a frag as we'll be doing a Secret Santa frag swap.   Also, if you don't have a frag to share, don't worry...there will be extras there and everyone will leave with coral!  People attending are encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert.  Faviafan will be coordinating the menu.  Please RSVP using the link below

On January 29th, 2011, we'll be having a business meeting in Coralville, IA.  This is the annual club meeting where we will be discussing the activities of 2010, goals for 2011, how the club is doing financially, getting an update on MACNA, among other interesting topics.  There will also be a great raffle in which all members in attendance will be recieving free tickets!  We hope to see you there.  Details about the meeting are as follows:
