Promoting the club at the pigeon show

The first pigeon show is next weekend April 19th from 6:00 - noon and we will have a awning and table set up for promoting the club and to help our region get our members numbers up and even the other regions. I need to know who all can be there to help and what times. I would Lille to leave time for anyone to have time to go look around themselves if they want to.

 

I just got our booth space reserved for all 6 swaps at the Pigeon Show. It cost $60 for all 6. We are in the arena which is covered so even if it rains we do not need to worry. We could have saved money but taking a chance of getting there and they put you what I would say is out of site because it is 30 feet behind the main row of the road. I will be there about 5:30am - 5:45am since they open at 6am.
