The Burlington Region Christmas Party is being hosted by our members Joe Hall and Angela Hall. The location for the party is at:

    2355 340th St., Keokuk, Iowa.

This is a pot luck so please bring something. With this being a Christmas event every paid member that shows up will receive a door prize so we need a head count to be sure there are enough door prizes. The prizes range in price from $2.00 to $49.99. As your number is drawn you will get to go up and pick a prize off the table. This will be for the paid members only.

We will also be doing the Dirty Santa Gift Exchange. I will post the rules for this gift exchange in another post. What you will need to know now (if you plan on participating. Guest are included in this) though is that you will need to bring a gift. The gift can be corals, fish, or dry goods (ex.: supplements, fish food, LR, frag plugs, etc.). These bags will need to be marked as LPS, SPS, Fish or Dry Good.

Look forward to seeing you!!! We will have a great time!

    Dirty Santa Gift Exchange Rules

    1. Everyone draws a number from the hat.
    2. Player #1 picks a gift and opens it, shows it around
    3. The person with #2 is next. That person can either select another unopened gift or take the gift #1 had opened. If #2 takes #1’s opened gift then number #1 can go pick out an unopened gift and open it.
    4. Next it is #3's turn. #3 could select another unopened gift, or take an already opened gift (#1's gift or #2's gift). If #3 takes a previous players opened gift then that # can go pick out an unopened gift and open it.
    5. Next is #4’s turn. #4 could select a new unopened gift, or take an already opened gift from previous players. And this keeps repeating until the very last #.
    6. Now the game is not over. Since number one did not get a choice like the others, #1 can keep their opened gift or take any previous players gift and exchange the gifts.
