First off here is a link to how it all came about.

    http://www.reef2reef.com/forums/alternative-reef/50203-what-were-doing-macna-2011-a.html

    A great big thanks to AlternativeReef.com /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/w00t.gif

I will go into way more detail after Springfest as I have many things planed for it after then.Just wanted to get something up before SF so everyone can see.

It was tore down over the summer due to construction and we lost almost all the coral and a couple fish. I am well on my way to getting the corals replaced and Matt is currently housing some till I get the phosphates under control. I am running GFO and doing water changes and it is working. Hope to add them after SF. There are still some fish at the teachers house who watched them over the summer. They are being difficult for her to catch so it is a slow process.

I left plenty of room behind the tank for the chiller. If need be I can move the top off tank to under the right side of the cabinet. I am also going to add an L2 algae scrubber this week courtsey of Bud at Turbo's Aquatics.

Looking for volunteers to do water changes every two weeks. Pete is helping now but he will be moving. If I can get 2 people to volunteer they should only have to do it once everu 2 months or so. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif

    So picture time!

    Enjoy! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif

All the rockwork is from The Aternative Reef. Read the full thread Nick posted and you will see everything about the rock work and the tank.

I believe they sell some magnetic rock structure, but you may have to order it custom if you are wanting something similar to that tank.

Great news!! Justin at AI has agreed to donate a new controller for the AI lights!!/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif

A side note they have been extremely generous supporting Central Campus and now Smouse.

Please consider them when making your next lighting purchase.
