OK...so here's the event details for the 2009 Christmas party (assuming no major changes in the event voting).

Date:
Saturday, December 12th

Time:
5:30 until Jeremy kicks us out

Location:
Jeremy Orchuck's house (CyberJester)
1205 Waldenwood Ln NE
Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Contact Number:
(319)491-7268
Please only use contact number for inquiries on day of event.  Everything else, post here

Please Bring:
Appetizer, side dish or a dessert (please post what you are bringing to prevent duplication)
Folding chairs
A frag (if you can)
The club will be providing the main meat item (which looks like it will be turkey at this point) and soda, tea and kool-aid.

Spouses and kids are welcome.  If you bring your children, please also bring an age appropriate toy.  It is likely that alcohol will be served in moderation in case that plays into your decision to bring your kids.  Jeremy will have his Wii available for the school aged kids to play.

Please, please RSVP so that we make sure to have enough meat, cups and place settings.

We will also be doing a Secret Santa frag swap.  This was a big hit last year so we're bringing it back this year.  Please bring a frag if you can.  If you cannot, other members will be bringing extras.

See you there!

Food - Who is bringing what (updated as people post)
Jeremy M - Deer Sausage and Cheese tray
Troy - Turkey
Jeremy O - Ham
Jason Glaspie - Twice Baked Potatoes & Apple Pie Shots
Adam P - Apple Crisp
Shaun - Lemon Meringue Pie
Bob - Pie
Fawn - Cookies or dessert bars
JB - Corn Casserole

What kind of pie?  If there are multiples, we don't want all of them to be the same, right?  :-)

Good point, would not want to eat my own cooking, LOL. Lemon meringue or bannana cream your choice. Shaun

Let's just say Lemon Meringue...I know that's a popular choice.

I'll be there with my girlfriend. What should I bring(appatizer or desert)?

I have a real good and very easy apple crisp I could bring. I think I'd need to make a couple pans since I think there will be a really good turnout.

Sounds great Adam. I'll put you down for 2 people & Apple Crisp. Keep in mind there will probably be other desserts there so one pan will probably be sufficient...but completely up to you if you want to bring two.

If Adam is making it, I think one pan would be more than sufficient.    HAHA
