Hey everyone,
Looks like there's going to be a great turn out. Instead of having people bring folding chairs, we're going to rent them. Also, a lot of people have signed up for desserts, so if we can get some more side dishes, that would be great. Sounds like it's going to be a great time!!!

Also, I got a sample of the logo embroidery for the shirts today. I'll post it soon.

Yeah, it is a really busy time...we tossed around pushing it to next year like the other areas are doing.  If most people think we should do that, let us know and we'll bump the date.  Let me know your thoughts.

Personally, I wouldn't mind waiting. I've got a lot going on this weekend.

Yeah, I was talking to Jeremy tonight and it is too late to push it back. People have made plans, possibly turned down other events to plan for this one, it just wouldn't be considerate. It's unfortunate since it seems like this is going to be a tight weekend for many. I still expect it to be a great event with many in attendance, however, I think we'll shoot for a January event next year.

If its raining/drizzling, etc, we'll probably stay home, as we have a 45 minute drive and little ones Hopefully the freezing rain will hold off though!
The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears, or the sea.
