    My understanding of skimmers was once you found it sweet spot in the water you didn't move it again so not sure why you are looking for an adjustable system. I made my stand out of eggcrate and fishing line and it has been doing great.

    I would imagine one of the acrylics guys, like MJB, could make you one quite easily.
