It is official, Fall fest is coming on Nov 12th at the Eldridge community center in Eldridge Ia.

One of the changes to our fests goes into effect at fall fest. The entry fee is going to be $10 across the board, members will get 10 raffle tickets instead of 5, with the option to buy remaining sheet for $10. sheets will be 25 raffle tickets to a sheet with the same number on all 25 tickets. |

That is a great system....they used it in Orlando at MACNA and it really sped things up at the raffle. |

Just an Update, the floorplan is coming along. if you are planning on selling at the this yrs fall fest Now is the time to let me know so I can add you to the floor plan. I suspect shortly after macna I will have a few more commitments from vendors. Also In the coming weeks the flyer should be done. Just need to clean up some wording and add a few more things. |

Do you have prices set for vendor booths? So it's Nov 12th from Noon until ??? Is it just the 12th or also the 13th? |

It is from noon till 4pm and just the 12th. I am uncertain about booth price but I do know it hasnt changed since spring fest. I will get that info soon, sorry guys im new to this and just dont know all the logistics. |

Hopefully we get some of our vendors listing what they will be selling. That's one thing that bummed me out about MACNA. I tried to start some threads to get vendors to post but they were not really receptive. I think I got one response along the lines of, "lots of frags". |
