I am working on details of an end of the summer get together. We will either hang out at my place again, and have a talk- or I can check with AE if we decide on a date.
the first September weekend is out due to the holiday...
I would like some input, to see if i can get things to work for the most people (including my schedule)
what do you guys think of Sunday September 12th, 19th, or the 26th?

hey matt, talked to adam. he said he'd be happy to host the meeting. just need to let him know the date. AE is sometimes busy on sundays just to let you know but it shouldn't be a problem. |

The 12th may not work for us. It seems every thing that is getting pushed off from the holiday weekend is falling on the next weekend. |

Joe, can you check with him in regards to the 19th, and would he prefer right before closing? or when? I was aiming for 3:00 for the meeting..
Also, looking at topics.. any ideas?

I agree. despite the drain on my wallet lol As a side note , i attended the 2 part meeting yesterday and Wloo and mentioned our meeting. Several have always wanted to go to AE and may make the trip down. |

we are almost there... i think (pending final confirming) we will meet near 4:00 at AE I will get some fliers up, and posts here once we are finalized. |

can we get a role call on who is coming?
we have a one time 10% discount (I believe store wide, Green Onion will you confirm that) being offered to all GIRS members in attendance at the end of the meeting by our gracious host.
I am going to drop some posters around town, and have a pdf here soon for you guys to print if you want to distribute to any additional places! |
