That's awesome Bill. Can you post all your tank info(lighting configuration, skimmer, other filters, flow, additives, etc...)? Thanks! |

Thanks guys. I'm realy happy with the way things are going. As far as specs it's a 90gal RR with a 40 breeder sump. For lighting I am running 2 lumenbright pendents with 250w 14k hamilton bulbs and lumatek switchable ballist. I am also running a t5 set-up for actanics with 1 pure actanic bulb and one actanic+ on a GLO ballist. I run my halids for about 6 hours a day and my actanics around 10 hours. For flow I have 2 mp40w on slave anti-sync full reef crest. Sometimes i put them on lagoon mode which I like better than reef crest but it makes the pumps way to hot. For a skimmer I have a OCT DDNW-150 which is a 6in diameter duel recirc rated for 350g. I am running GFO and GAC in a TLF reactor. I am also currently running the warner marine Eco bak bio pellets in a kent reactor. So far I'm not very impressed with the pellets but it's still early so we'll see. I do 10% a week water changes with reef crystels. All my top off is saturated kalk done with a JBJ ATO. I also dose BRS two part about 60ml a day half in the morning and half in the evening. Other than that the only thing I dose is brightwell Amino every once in a while. |

Thanks guys! I can't wait tell the 1 year mark. These corals are growing like crazy I'm already haveing some turf wars going on. My purple cap is being over grown by my sunset monti which I don't mind at all. But the purple cap is running into my ORA green birdsnest and the purple cap was winning that war so I had to cut it back. Now I cant decide if I want to get the cap out now and put somethin cooler in it's place or have to frag it back from the nest constantly. I'm leaning twards takeing it out. What do you guys think? |

If you need to get rid of it, I guess I could take it off your hands! |

Thanks Eric! It's nice to get some feed back from you guys. I know stuff is growing nicely but when you look at it every day it's not as noticeable. |
