When I was doing research for a MACNA bid, one of the questions was who is on your planning committee, and what do they do.

I just realized I know alot of you on here, but have no idea what you do or where you work.

    So what do you do?

Me, I run a repair shop & car lot.  I am an avid outdoorsman when I dont have my hands in my tanks.

    Thanks

In my spare time i like fishing, camping, mountain bikeing, and in the winter watching hockey. Go waterloo Black Hawks. IA maxxxer what dealership do you work at? The reason i ask is i thought i might know you as I have worked for Waltermans in Dike before he shut down.

Software developer by trade, manager by gunpoint! I manage a software company in DSM. I live 60 miles from my office, so I drive, work and play with both freshwater and saltwater aquariums; seems like in that order. My wife and I also have a 60 acre farm with 6 horses, she does all the work on that though. We obsess a little with animal life as we also have 3 kids (females nonetheless), 3 dogs, 2 Ferrets, a rabbitt and about 15 Cats (3 indoors).

Would someone please slow this ride down ......

I (Steph) am a preschool teacher and my husband Nick was a finish carpenter, but since the flood has been working with his dad restoring buildings in downtown CR and renting them out. One of the buildings is now our family Pub & Eatery which consumes a lot of our time. When we get a break from that Nick enjoys PS3 and softball, and I cooking and reading.

I'm a Sr. Software Engineer for TitanTV media. I'm responsible for the TitanTV.com consumer site and various broadcaster-centric guide products. I mainly do ASP.NET/C#/Javascript but I also dabble in Flash/Actionscript, Silverlight and Objective-C (learning IPhone development).

I have a engineering degree from ISU, but I grew up in Oklahoma, so I'm a huge OU fan (especially OU football). For fun I work on this website, mess around with my guitars (I collect them more than I play them) and play the occasional PC/360/Wii game.

I am also a certified diver.   I'd like to say it's a hobby, but it's not something you can do that much around here...

I have one of the most beloved professions around, I'm a Revenue Agent with the IRS. I like to play golf, ice fish, and I am into gardening (mainly hostas). I grew up in Nebraska so it was nice to see Nebraska beat Oklahoma for a change sorry JB.

Currently I am night loader loading insulation trucks.  Ya exciting!  Its a job to get me by while I try and find a permanent job.  I have a degree in Landscaping and finishing my Turfgrass Management one up currently.  I hope to work on college or professional athletic fields.  I did an internship with ISU this summer working on all their game fields and practice facilities.

As far as hobbies I enjoy building things out of wood or metal, watching and helping with racing(mostly dirt track), sitting on my computer reading saltwater forums, PS3, watching college football and the grass the play on , growing grass, cars and anything with a motor, shooting guns and collecting/watching movies.

1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Are you suggesting coconuts migrate? King Arthur: Not at all. They could be carried. 1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: What? A swallow carrying a coconut? King Arthur: It could grip it by the husk! 1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut. King Arthur: Well, it doesn't matter. Will you go and tell your master that Arthur from the Court of Camelot is here? 1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Listen. In order to maintain air-speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings forty-three times every second, right?
