I recently asked for some styrofoam sheets and packing materials on Freecycle to make my own insulated shipping boxes etc. and got a ton from one lady and another person also has a bunch-way more than I need!  So if anyone wants/needs styrofoam sheets, let me know and I can give you their contact info.  We filled our car full and my husband said that was only about half of what the one person had :)
