I was just at the Rainforest Cafe in the Mall of America yesterday and they had like 20 or 25 of these in their huge tanks....very cool fish!

They can get up to 16" in diameter, the pair that I have here at the store are about 8-10 inches.  Currently they are in a 125 gallon tank and I wouldn't go any smaller then that.  They are eating live feeder fish right now, trying to get them to take to frozen foods.
